Image Submission Terms & Conditions for Product Use

These Terms & Conditions apply to any image, video, or media content (“Submission”) provided to YES HOMO for the purpose of being featured in connection with YES HOMO products, including but not limited to product pages, advertisements, packaging, marketing campaigns, and branded content.
By submitting your image, you agree to the following:
1. Consent to Use and Distribution
You grant YES HOMO a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, modify, distribute, and otherwise utilize your Submission across all media formats and platforms. This includes, but is not limited to:

Use in printed materials such as packaging, lookbooks, postcards, or product inserts

Use in promotional content, advertising campaigns (digital and physical), social media, and email marketing
2. Content Ownership and Rights
By submitting your content, you confirm that:

You are the rightful owner of the Submission or have full legal rights and permissions to authorize its use

Any individuals featured in the Submission have provided informed consent to appear in content associated with YES HOMO products

The Submission does not infringe upon any intellectual property, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
3. No Compensation
You acknowledge and agree that:

You will not receive any form of payment, royalties, or compensation for your Submission

Your participation is voluntary and submitted without expectation of monetary reward
4. Editorial Discretion and Use
YES HOMO reserves full editorial discretion over how the Submission is used, including cropping, editing, placement, and context. We may use your Submission:

As a featured visual on product detail pages

In promotional assets for specific product launches or seasonal campaigns

In user-generated content sections or customer inspiration galleries
YES HOMO is not obligated to use your Submission and may remove it at any time without notice.
5. Release of Liability
By submitting your content, you waive and release any and all claims against YES HOMO, its founders, affiliates, employees, contractors, and business partners related to:

The use, distribution, or publication of your Submission

Claims involving misrepresentation, misuse, or misappropriation

Any direct or indirect damages arising from use of your Submission in YES HOMO product-related materials

YES HOMO reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
