Hey h*t h*mo, we want you to look good, feel hot, and be 100% happy with your order. If something didn’t work out, no worries — here’s how returns & exchanges work here at YES HOMO.
RETURNS
You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange with the exception of a final sale categories listed below. To start the return process, please follow these steps:
If you placed an order with Checkout+ or without Checkout+ after May 15th, 2026:
- Click here. You will need to provide your order number and the reason you’re returning it.
- We’ll send you the next steps and return instructions.
- We offer Checkout+ to help cover return shipping. If you used our Checkout+ option, you'll receive a prepaid label through our portal. If you opted out, we'll still provide a label but you're responsible for the cost.
If you placed an order with Checkout+ before May 15th, 2026:

- Collabs + Fundraisers
- Jockstraps
- Socks
- Swimsuits
- Any items on sale (red label)
EXCHANGES
Want a different size or design? Follow the same return process above. The fastest way is to place a brand new order for what you actually want, then return the original. Once we process it, we’ll refund you. Only items not on the non-returnable list can be exchanged.
REFUND TIMELINE
Once we get your return and give it a look over, we’ll email you with the verdict. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
CANCELLATIONS
Changed your little mind? You’ve got 10 minutes after placing your order to cancel it. After that, it’s locked in and we’re already on it.
