Returns & Exchanges
Hey h*t h*mo, we want you to look good, feel hot, and be 100% happy with your order. If something didn’t work out, no worries — here’s how returns & exchanges work here at YES HOMO.
RETURNS
You’ve got 30 days from your purchase date to return items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. A few exceptions apply (scroll down).
To start a return:
- Email us at info@yeshomo.co with your order number and the reason you’re returning it.
- We’ll send you the next steps and return instructions.
- You cover the shipping cost back to us. (We’re still a small gay biz, h*mo.) If you want us to provide a label, we will send you one, but deduct the cost from your refund.
Heads up:
Returns over $100 will have a 25% restocking fee. (We hate it too, but our accountant said so.)
EXCHANGES
Want a different size or design? Follow the same return process above. The fastest way is to place a brand new order for what you actually want, then return the original. Once we process it, we’ll refund you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (final sale, sorry h*mo)
We can’t take back these items — no exceptions:
- All Over Print items (you’ll see it in the product title)
- Mugs + Cups
- Stickers
- Crossbody Bags
- Collabs + Fundraisers
- Jockstraps
- Socks
REFUND TIMELINE
Once we get your return and give it a look over, we’ll email you with the verdict. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
CANCELLATIONS
Changed your horny little mind? You’ve got 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel it. After that, it’s locked in and we’re already on it.
