Returns
You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 15 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange with the exception of a final sale categories listed below. To start the return process, click here. You will need to provide your order number and the reason you’re returning it. A handling fee may apply, in addition to return shipping label.
Non-returnable items:
- Collabs + Fundraisers
- Jockstraps
- Socks
- Thongs
- Undergarments
- Swimsuits
- Non-YES HOMO items (not fulfilled by YH)
- Any items on sale (red label)
Exchanges
Want a different size or design? Follow the same return process above. No exchanges for items listed above as FINAL SALE.
Refund Timeline
Once we get your return and give it a look over, we’ll email you with the verdict. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 14 business days.
Cancellations
We are unable to edit, or cancel orders. If you need a cancellation, please contact us and we will try our best.
International returns
International orders follow the same eligibility rules above (15 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and excluding final sale categories). For international returns, the customer is responsible for all return costs, including return shipping, any handling fees, and any customs or duties. This includes duties charged when an item re-enters our country.
We do not provide prepaid return labels on international orders. Customs and duties are collected by your local authority rather than by YES HOMO, so any customs or duties already paid, on your original order or on a return, are non-refundable. Refunds on approved international returns cover the price of eligible items only, and do not include original shipping, customs, duties, or handling.
About the free returns and exchanges add-on
The optional free returns and exchanges add-on is available on US domestic orders only. It covers return shipping and handling on eligible domestic returns. It does not cover customs, duties, or any international return costs, and it does not apply to international orders.
If this add-on is applied to an international order in error, the charge will be refunded. A refunded or mistakenly applied add-on does not entitle an order to free, prepaid, or discounted international returns. Final sale items remain non-returnable under this add-on.
Agreement at checkout
By completing checkout, you agree to these returns and exchanges terms, along with our shipping policy and terms of service. International customs and duties are the recipient's responsibility as described in our shipping policy.
