CF Friday Submission Terms & Conditions

By submitting a photo, video, or any other content (“Submission”) to YES HOMO for inclusion in the Close Friends Friday feature on Instagram (@yeshomo.co and @theyhcrew), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Consent to Use and Distribution
By submitting content, you grant YES HOMO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute the Submission. This includes, but is not limited to:

Sharing on Instagram Close Friends stories (@yeshomo.co and @theyhcrew)

IF asked by YES HOMO Team

public sharing on social media, including main feed posts, reels, and stories (with tags, and wearing YH Products)

2. Ownership and Rights
By submitting content, you confirm and represent that:

You are the legal owner of the Submission or have obtained all necessary permissions and rights to share it

All individuals visible in the Submission have given their consent to be featured and for their likeness to be used by YES HOMO

The content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
3. No Compensation
You understand and agree that:

You will not receive any compensation, payment, royalties, or other remuneration for the use of your Submission

Participation is voluntary and offered without expectation of financial benefit
4. Use in Marketing Materials
You authorize YES HOMO to use your Submission across various platforms and formats for promotional and marketing purposes. This may include but is not limited to:

5. Release of Liability
By submitting your content, you release and hold harmless YES HOMO, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and contractors from any and all liability related to:

The use or publication of the Submission

Claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement of intellectual property, or any other legal claims

Any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or distribution of your Submission
6. Right to Refuse or Remove Content
YES HOMO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Decline to use or publish any Submission for any reason

Remove any published content at any time without prior notice
7. Modifications to Terms
YES HOMO may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website or via link in bio, and the updated date will reflect the latest changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
