Your balance shows your total store credit and any expiration dates if applicable.

4. On the payment page, you'll see Store Credit as a payment method option
6. The full available amount will automatically apply to your order
7. If your order total exceeds your store credit, pay the remaining balance with another payment method
The system applies your entire store credit balance to the order. If you have multiple credits with different expiration dates, the credit expiring soonest is used first.
You must apply your entire store credit balance to an order. You cannot select a partial amount to use while saving the rest for later. The full available balance is applied at once.
Some store credit may have an expiration date. Check your account to see if your balance expires. If you have multiple store credits with different expiration dates, the oldest one is used first.
If your order costs more than your store credit balance, you'll need to pay the remaining amount with a credit card or other payment method.

The credit with the earliest expiration date is used first. Any remaining credit balances stay on your account.

Yes. Store credit can be applied to any product on Yes Homo (with the exception of gift card products).
I don't see Store Credit as a payment option
Make sure you're signed into your account. Store credit only appears as a payment method when you're logged in. If you still don't see it, you may not have an available store credit balance.
