Orders take between 4-7 days to be made and shipped.

unfortunately, once the carrier marks the package as delivered, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment. we can offer you a courtesy discount on a new order. 

if you entered the wrong address at checkout, and the package was delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to process a courtesy reshipment.

if the address was incomplete and returned to us, we can reship it but you are responsible for the new shipping costs.

if an order was returned to us or the carrier indicates invalid address, we can reship the order to you for a new shipping fee of $5.89.

*new/replacement will only be processed once the returned package reaches our warehouse.
