Yes Homo Groups terms and conditions

Effective date: October 15, 2026

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Yes Homo Groups ("YH Groups"), operated by YES HOMO LLC ("YH," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for or participating in any YH Group, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not sign up or participate.

1. Eligibility

YH Groups are for adults 18 and older only. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. We may ask you to verify your age at any time and may remove any account that we believe belongs to someone under 18.

2. Access is a privilege and a customer benefit

YH Groups are offered as a benefit of being a YH customer. Access requires an active YH customer account in good standing. Membership in YH Groups is a privilege that YH may grant, limit, or revoke at its sole discretion. It does not create a right of access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue YH Groups, or any part of them, at any time, with or without notice.

3. Not for sale

YH Groups cannot be purchased. They are not a product, subscription, or service for sale, and no purchase, spending level, or customer status guarantees membership. Buying a YH product does not entitle you to join or remain in a YH Group. Removal or denial of access does not entitle you to any refund, credit, or compensation.

4. Evolving platform and third-party services

YH Groups are a new program, and the format, features, rules, and platform will evolve over time. YH Groups may begin as a group on Instagram or another third-party platform, and YH may move, merge, or change platforms at any time.

Third-party platforms, including Instagram, are owned and operated by their providers (for Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc.) and are governed by their own terms of use, community standards, and privacy practices, which are outside of our control. By participating, you also agree to follow the terms and policies of any third-party platform we use. YH is not responsible for how any third-party platform operates, for changes to its features or rules, or for any removal, restriction, suspension, outage, data loss, or discontinuation of any group, account, or content by that platform. Information you share on a third-party platform may be collected, used, and shared under that platform's policies.

5. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or that violate these Terms.

6. Community conduct

You agree to treat other members with respect. You will not:

• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate anyone
• Post or share hateful, discriminatory, or violent content
• Share sexually explicit content in any area where it is not expressly permitted
• Share another person's private information, photos, or messages without their consent
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Solicit money, promote products or services, or spam members
• Engage in or promote anything illegal, including the sale of illegal goods or services
• Share content that involves, depicts, or sexualizes anyone under 18
• Attempt to interfere with, scrape, or disrupt YH Groups or its systems

We may remove content and suspend or remove members at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

7. Member content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting in a YH Group, you give YES HOMO LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and moderate YH Groups on any platform we use. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right to share it. Other members may see, copy, or screenshot what you post. Share only what you are comfortable having others see.

8. No screening or verification of members

YH does not screen, background check, endorse, or verify any member or any statement a member makes. Members may not be who they say they are. You are responsible for deciding whether to interact with any member and for protecting your own safety and personal information.

9. Meetups and in-person activity

YH Groups may lead members to connect, organize, or attend events in person. Unless YH expressly states in writing that it is hosting a specific event, any meetup, gathering, or activity between members is organized by the members themselves and is not organized, supervised, or controlled by YH.

If you choose to meet other members, you do so entirely at your own risk. We strongly encourage you to meet in public places, tell a friend where you will be, and use your own judgment about safety, including around alcohol, drugs, travel, and sexual health.

10. Assumption of risk and release

You understand that online and in-person interactions carry risks, including the risk of physical injury, emotional harm, financial loss, property damage, and harm caused by other members or third parties. You voluntarily assume all of these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless YES HOMO LLC, its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation in YH Groups or any interaction with another member, whether online or in person.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

YH Groups are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, safety, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that YH Groups will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful content or conduct.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YES HOMO LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to YH Groups. Our total liability for any claim related to YH Groups will not exceed fifty dollars ($50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YES HOMO LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your conduct, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

14. Reporting and moderation

If you experience or witness behavior that violates these Terms, contact us at support@yeshomo.co. We may review reports and take action, but we are not obligated to monitor YH Groups or to act on every report. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

15. Privacy

Your use of YH Groups is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Information you share in a group may be visible to other members and, on third-party platforms, may be subject to that platform's policies.

16. Termination

You may leave YH Groups at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 3, 4, 7 through 13, and 17 through 19) will survive.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules.

18. Dispute resolution

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@yeshomo.co and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue.

Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or YH Groups will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its consumer arbitration rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. The arbitration will take place in New York, New York, or remotely.

Class action waiver. You and YH each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.

Opt out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@yeshomo.co within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, with the subject line "Arbitration opt out."

19. General terms

• Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of YH Groups after changes means you accept them.
• Entire agreement: These Terms are the entire agreement between you and YES HOMO LLC regarding YH Groups.
• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours.
