unfortunately, once the carrier marks the package as delivered, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment. we can offer you a courtesy discount on a new order.

Failed delivery, & return to senders due to delivery location issues

if an order was returned to us or the carrier indicates invalid address, we can reship the order to you for a new shipping fee based on your country.
